PATIENT CONVENIENCES :
Q. Is Meal facility available for the patients ?
A.
- Hospital has In-house Kitchen facility to serve well balanced diet as planned, prescribed & supervised by proficient dietician.
- Home food may be permitted on "medical grounds" and meal pass is given for it by dietician.
Q. Can visitors order the "At Your Request" room service while visiting their friends and family in patient rooms?
A.
- Meals are not served to visitors however meals for patient's attendants are served on chargeable basis. This charge will be added in patient's bill.
- For visitors, cafeteria facility is available on the ground floor in the hospital.
Q. How many relatives are allowed to stay with patient?
A.
- Only 1 attendant is allowed to stay with the patient in single rooms, and we do not encourage patient's relatives to stay overnight with patient's in ICU, shared rooms / wards.
Q. Are children allowed on the patient floors?
A.
- Children below 15 years are not permitted at patient areas / bed side.
Q. What are the visiting hours?

Q. Is there a visitor pass?
A.
- At the time of admission, 1 visitor pass is issued to the pat
- ient's relative & it is to be returned back at the time of discharge else you will be charged Rs. 200 /-.
- Additional Visitor's Pass -
- Staff nurse would fill a request form and it should be approved from Manager / Sr. Manager - Administration
- One additional visitor's pass is issued from IP Reception on payment of Rs. 100 /-, valid for 2 days & it is valid only for 9.00 am - 8.00 pm.
- Visitor pass is not transferable & if found with anyone other than issued name, the pass will be confiscated.
- Lobby Pass - For surgical / procedural cases, a single lobby pass is issued which is valid only for the day of surgery / procedure & applicable only for 1 relative / visitor.
Q. Is there a pharmacy on-site?
A.
- The hospital has 24 hrs. round the clock In-house pharmacy facility available and we provide services for both admitted patients & out patients.
- Outside medicines & consumables are not permitted for admitted patients.
Q. Is there telecommunication and internet services?
A.
- Telephone facility is available in the entire Twin sharing & above room categories on chargeable basis.
- The call charges will be computed & reflected in the patient's bill.
- The hospital also has telecom facility in the ground floor lobby area.
- Internet services are available on chargeable basis.
Q. Is there Valet Parking?
A.
- In the basement of hospital we have parking facility for 2 wheelers & 4 wheelers.
Q. Is there a patient redressal system?
A.
- We have designated staff to address the problems / grievances of the patient / relatives.

- In case, if problems are not addressed at their level then it is also escalated to Manager / Sr. Manager - Administration by floor executives / customer service coordinators.
